All deposits are partially refundable until the date that is thirty (60-30) days prior to scheduled arrival date; Febrary requires 60 days. after that deposit is non-refundable under all circumstances except that Owner shall return all security and cleaning deposits delivered hereunder in the event that Client does not utilize RV rental for any period of time.
